What is Force Majeure?
- Force Majeure refers to unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of both Korea Go Tours and our guests. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, government actions or travel restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, port closures, and other extraordinary circumstances.
Tour Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
If your tour cannot operate due to a Force Majeure event, you will receive a full refund.
Examples include:
- A cruise ship is unable to dock due to severe weather or port restrictions.
- Government-imposed travel restrictions or emergency measures prevent the tour from operating.
- Natural disasters or other extraordinary events make the tour unsafe or impossible to operate.
Force Majeure does not include personal circumstances affecting only the guest, such as changes to personal travel plans,
transportation delays, missed flights, illness (unless subject to official government travel restrictions), or other personal reasons.
Guest Safety
- The safety and well-being of our guests is always our highest priority. If a Force Majeure event affects your tour, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the most appropriate solution.
