Payment Terms

The remaining tour balance, excluding the deposit, must be settled in full
by the day of the tour.
If payment is not completed in advance via credit card or PayPal, the
balance must be paid in U.S. dollars (USD) in cash directly to the guide
on the day of the tour.
We appreciate your understanding, as we are currently unable to process
on-site card or digital payments.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund Eligibility
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund if the cancellation
is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.

No Refund Policy
Cancellations or changes requested within 24 hours of the tour start time
are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, regardless of the reason.
This policy ensures fairness to our guides and other guests, especially
during peak seasons.

Time Zone Reference
All cancellation deadlines are calculated according to the local time zone
of the tour location (Korean Standard Time, UTC+9).
