Payment Terms

• To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, full payment is required before your tour is confirmed. This allows us to secure your licensed guide, vehicle, attraction reservations (if applicable), and carefully prepare every aspect of your tour in advance.



• Once full payment has been received, your reservation will be confirmed, and we will begin assigning your guide and vehicle.

• We accept payment via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. Both PayPal and Wise support secure payments using your credit or debit card, providing a simple and convenient payment experience.

         

Cancellation Policy

  Free Cancellation

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time and receive a full refund.

  Within 24 Hours

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable, as guides, vehicles, and other tour arrangements have already been secured.

  Cruise Ship Unable to Dock

• If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Busan due to weather conditions, port restrictions, or any other operational reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund.

  Time Zone

• All cancellation deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9).
